Each spring, parents and family members of current Duke medical students come together for the day to experience first-hand what it's like to be a Duke medical student. Sessions may include: team-based-learning (TBL) to tackle a case study, practicing skills in the SEAL Lab (Surgical Education and Activities Lab), hearing about the third-year immersive research experince, and all that comes with the “Road to Residency. Attendees will meet the Advisory Deans, hear about the admissions process, and get a curriculum overview.

The Student/Faculty Show is an annual event written, directed, and performed by our very own talented medical students.
Past shows have included Sickened (a parody of “Wicked”), Duke’s Avengers: Civil Ward (“Marvel’s Avengers: Civil War”), Lube (“Grease”), and The Gunner Games (“The Hunger Games”).
