The mission of ¡DALHE! is to create a sense of community and belonging for Latiné/Hispanic employees, fostering an inclusive work environment where they can feel valued, heard, and supported. All Duke faculty and staff are welcome to attend meetings and participate in events sponsored by ¡DALHE!.

ME² Black Employee Resource Group 

The mission of the School of Medicine's ME² (Motivate, Mentor, Educate & Empower) Black Employee Resource Group is to foster a community focused on networking, professional development, and leadership opportunities for Black staff. All Duke School of Medicine staff are welcome to attend meetings and participate in events sponsored by ME².

Sexual and Gender Diversity Advisory Council (SAGDAC) 

The Sexual and Gender Diversity Advisory Council (SAGDAC) is a multidisciplinary, cross-institution gathering of faculty, staff, and students who serve as a think tank and hub for LGBTQ+ initiatives at Duke.
