Office for Faculty hosts Duke-NUS delegation
The School of Medicine Office for Faculty, along with the Office of Duke-NUS Affairs, was honored to host a delegation from Duke-NUS Office of Academic Medicine (OAM), Appointments and Development Department (ADD) March 24-26, 2025. Duke-NUS faculty and staff met with faculty affairs leaders from across the School of Medicine to learn about programs and practices and to share opportunities for partnership. Free Group Coaching for SOM Faculty
In an effort to support our community during this time of uncertainty and rapid change, the School of Medicine Office for Faculty will be offering free virtual group coaching sessions for faculty members. Sessions are available March-May and are open to all SOM faculty members.

Registration Open: Communicating in Uncertain Times
When uncertainty strikes, effective communication is one of the most critical tools for leaders.
Registration is now open for a new seminar that will provide practical strategies to help leaders show up for their teams, communicate clarity even when clarity is limited, and foster connection during challenging times. Content will explore ways to help others maintain morale, even as you are working through the same challenges.
