February 16, 17, and 18; Trent Semans Center for Health Education
This intensive offers School of Medicine faculty the chance to hone core leadership skills and plan practical next steps to enhance their impact. All three days utilize an interactive, hands-on approach to learning. Register for a single day or all three – each day will empower you to move forward in your role with increased confidence.

The program is open to all SOM faculty. Faculty in new or emerging leadership roles, or who do not have prior leadership development experience, are especially encouraged to register. Before registration, you must commit to full availability to attend your selected session(s).
This program is free to School of Medicine faculty. Costs will be covered by the Office for Faculty. For this reason, we ask that you confirm your ability to fully participate prior to registering.

Participants in the Duke Clinical Leadership Program (DCLP) will be automatically enrolled in all three days, and do not need to register/apply again. This collaboration aims to cultivate a robust cohort of leaders from across clinical, research, and educational roles.
