Due to recent changes in federal research priorities and processes across various funding agencies, many School of Medicine faculty members have encountered delays in no-cost extensions, non-competitive renewals, competitive renewals, and even terminations of existing grants.
In response, the School has developed targeted funding opportunities to help faculty navigate short-term funding gaps or strategically pivot their research efforts.
Please note that this is a limited program. Awards will be granted only when specific conditions are met and resources are available. Faculty members affected by these changes must work closely with their grant manager and department to determine their eligibility and identify the most appropriate funding mechanism for their situation.
