Faculty Affairs Steering Committee

The Faculty Affairs Steering Committee (FAST) provides an avenue for bidirectional communication between the Dean’s Office and leadership in School of Medicine departments. FAST members support key functions of faculty life including academic personnel management and faculty development. Members of FAST support a positive and equitable work climate in their departments, one that supports growth, development, wellbeing and importantly, healthy and open interactions with each other. FAST members can be a resource for faculty who want to discuss concerns or who are navigating career challenges.
