We offer two single cell technology services. For single cell and low input bulk RNA-sequencing, we provide SMART-seq, and for DNA and protein sequencing, we provide Tapestri library building. Many projects would benefit from single cell gene expression analysis but are technically limited by the number of cells that can be realistically isolated. Additionally, bulk-RNA sequencing experiments can be limited by the amount of RNA that can be isolated from certain cell types. SMART-seq offers a cost effective solution to single-cell and low input RNA sequencing. Before starting cell isolation, we strongly suggest booking a consultation.
The Tapestri Platform is a unique system capable of simultaneously providing both genotype and phenotype data from thousands of single cells. Using DNA-sequencing as it’s foundation, its two-step microfluidic workflow allows for the concurrent detection of analytes such as SNVs, CNVs, and proteins. These experiments are a powerful tool for research in cancer and other disease phenotypes. Consultations are required before starting these projects.
