Due to COVID-19 many of our staff will be working remotely until further notice. Although calls to the office will be forwarded, you may experience a delay in response time. Remote office hours will  follow our normal business hours, Monday through Thursday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, (EST) and Friday 8:00 am - 3:00 pm, (EST).

 Welcome! The Office of the SoM Registrar manages and maintains the academic records of all active and former Doctor of Medicine, Bachelor and Master of Health Sciences, Doctor of Physical Therapy and Allied Health Graduate and Certificate Program students.

The Registrar is responsible for the registration of all students, management of all student records, verification and processing of attendance, satisfactory progress, transcript requests and degree candidate information.

For Duke University undergraduate student records, and student records for programs that are not located within the School of Medicine, please contact the Office of the University Registrar or call (919) 684-2813.

On-line Registration for MD Program - Summer 2020:

MED3 and MED4 on-line registration, summer 2020 will be as follows:

        MED4 - validation for Fall 2020 opens on March 25th. 

     MED3- Validation for Fall 2020 opens April 1st. Registration opens at 8:30am on April 8th and closes at 1:00pm on May 29th.                             

  • MED4 - Online registration for fall 2020 opens at 8:30am on April 1st and closes at 1:00pm on April 7th

Information will be posted soon regarding MED2 selective registration for the fall 2020 term.
