The School of Medicine, Office of the Registrar, will be closed on Monday, January 18th in observance of the Martin Luther King, Jr. holiday.

 Welcome! The Office of the SoM Registrar manages and maintains the academic records of all active and former Doctor of Medicine, Bachelor and Master of Health Sciences, Doctor of Physical Therapy and Allied Health Graduate and Certificate Program students.

The Registrar is responsible for the registration of all students, management of all student records, verification and processing of attendance, satisfactory progress, transcript requests and degree candidate information.

For Duke University undergraduate student records, and student records for programs that are not located within the School of Medicine, please contact the Office of the University Registrar or call (919) 684-2813.

On-line Registration for MD Program - Spring 2021:

The MS4 on-line drop/add period for 2021 spring term opened on 11/5 at 8:30AM (EST) for all sections. 

 Online Drop/Add for spring sections 81, 41, and 42 closes at 1:00pm on 12/18.
 Online Drop/Add for spring sections 82, 43, and 44 closes at 1:00pm on 2/6. 

 Schedule change requests made after the on-line drop/add periods will require completion of a drop/add form, which is located on the SoM Registrar’s website.

 Online registration for Summer 2021, for MS2, MS3, and MS4 will be held in March.  More information will be sent as that time gets closer
