Remote office hours for the Summer will  be as follows: 

Monday through Thursday: 7:30am - 4:30pm, (EST); and Friday: 8am - 2pm (EST)

 Welcome! The Office of the SoM Registrar manages and maintains the academic records of all active and former Doctor of Medicine, Bachelor and Master of Health Sciences, Doctor of Physical Therapy and Allied Health Graduate and Certificate Program students.

The Registrar is responsible for the registration of all students, management of all student records, verification and processing of attendance, satisfactory progress, transcript requests and degree candidate information.

For Duke University undergraduate student records, and student records for programs that are not located within the School of Medicine, please contact the Office of the University Registrar or call (919) 684-2813.

For residency, internship, and fellowship verifications, please contact the Office of Graduate Medical Education at 919-684-3491.

Online registration, MS3, Fall 2021, opens at 8:30am on April 7th and closes at 1:00pm on June 4th.  Third year registration forms are due to third year by Noon on May 28th.
