The Office of Duke-NUS Affairs, based on-site at Duke University, provides administrative support for all collaborative initiatives involving Duke, Duke-NUS Medical School and SingHealth.

Established during the early phases of Duke-NUS, the office serves as a single point of contact for accessing Duke from Duke-NUS and SingHealth.

What We Do

The Office of Duke-NUS Affairs fosters collaboration among Duke University, Duke-NUS Medical School and SingHealth by supporting joint research initiatives, promoting mutual learning and advancing the growth of academic medicine at Duke and in Singapore.

We fund and facilitate study trips for faculty, students, researchers, clinicians and administrators—both incoming and outgoing—to promote meaningful academic exchange and partnership. Examples of these visits include:

  • Joint symposia between Duke-NUS Signature Research Programmes (SRPs) and their counterparts at Duke
  • SingHealth Academic Clinical Program (ACP) study visits
  • SingHealth Chief Resident visits

We also provide support for similar travel and event planning needs that advance cross-institutional research engagement.
