The Duke AHEC Program is a primary partner in learning and teaching with Southern Regional AHEC located in Fayetteville, NC. As a partner with SR-AHEC, we support their residency and continuing education programs. Southern Regional AHEC delivers continuing education to health care providers in the following nine counties: Bladen, Cumberland, Harnett, Hoke, Moore, Richmond, Roberson, Sampson, and Scotland. In addition to our primary AHEC partner, the Duke AHEC Program collaborates with the remaining eight NC AHEC centers to address the continuing education needs of health care providers in their region.
The Duke AHEC Program staff works closely with our statewide AHEC partners to coordinate continuing education speakers in the following disciplines: Allied Health, Behavioral Health, Medicine, Nursing, and Pharmacy.
