Her Garden: Women of Color Mentoring Initiative
Informed by feminist, womanist, and social justice principles and theory, Her Garden: WOC Mentoring Initiative strives to create a space for women of color to grow into their authentic selves. The program will provide content on identity development, leadership skills, and relationship building. In addition to the content, mentees will have an opportunity to connect with others, learn to exercise agency and creativity, and feel supported and empowered in all that they do.
