Coaching Sessions
Each participant will take part in a 1-hour individual executive coaching session to debrief their 360 report.
Disclaimers: Sessions are currently planned to take place in-person in/around Duke North/South, pending continued improvement of COVID metrics. Meeting times are confirmed. Exact topics may rotate based on speaker availability. Additional sessions may be added based on the interests of the selected cohort. All direct instruction will take place during the meeting times. There will be suggested reflections, readings, and independent activities staggered throughout the course.
