The Climate and Health Research Initiative (CHeRI) supports and connects collaborative efforts across Duke University and Duke Health to advance research at the intersection of climate and health. By fostering partnerships among faculty, staff, and students from basic science, clinical departments, and campus institutes, Duke is catalyzing multidisciplinary approaches to resilience, policy, and technical solutions for climate-related health challenges. CHeRI aligns with the Duke Climate Commitment and works in concert with climate-focused efforts across schools, centers, and institutes.
