For faculty interested in participating in research mentoring workshops, check with your department administrator to determine if your department or division has already scheduled workshops with the Office for Research Mentoring so that participants can attend as a group.
General research mentoring workshops are scheduled twice per year (spring and fall).
Participants can earn 200-Level Responsible Conduct of Research credit.

School of Medicine Sessions (Foundation Mentoring Training) - Fall 2023 and Spring 2024
These sessions are for any faculty member, postdoctoral appointee, or research staff member (e.g., Research Associate Senior or Research Scientist) who would like to receive mentoring training or who have missed previous sessions and would like to attend. These sessions will be virtual.

NEW - Mentor/Mentee Day - Fall 2023
This single session will offer both combined and individual sessions for Mentors and their Mentees to discuss professional development, the mentoring relationship and addressing work style differences. While Mentors and Mentees are encouraged to participate in pairs, the session is open to anyone (either a Mentor or Mentee) interested in attending.
