In varied roles, Duke Physician Assistant Program alumni answered the call during pandemic


From clinical environments to research and administrative roles, alumni of the Duke Physician Assistant Program have worked tirelessly for more than a year around the world to meet the challenge of an unprecedented global health crisis. Their training at Duke made them versatile and critical in the pandemic response. Meet five Duke PA alumni -- Alex Steele, MHS, PA-C ('02); Josh Gay, MHS, PA-C ('12); Chad Eventide, MHS, PA-C ('11): Minh Nguyen, MHS, PA-C ('13); and Susan Edgman-Levitan, PA ('77) – who answered the call during the pandemic.
