The Office of Physician-Scientist Development (OPSD) welcomes Duke physician-scientist trainees and faculty to attend the Fall Mini-Symposium. Take this opportunity to learn more about Research in Residency programs, recognize new inductees of the Robert J. Lefkowitz Society, and network with colleagues. Join OPSD for this in-person meeting! • Address by Dr. Robert J. Lefkowitz on the physician-scientist environment at Duke • Recognition for new inductees into the Robert J. Lefkowitz Society • Introduction to Research in Residency programs by Mai ElMallah, MD (MPI of Duke's NHLBI R38 StARR Program) • Presentations from Research in Residency participants: Christian Goodwin (MD), Christopher Bassil (MD, PhD), Ayad Ali (MD, PhD), and Matthew Pun (MD, PhD) • Network with Duke physician-scientists • Hors d'Oeuvres and drinks will be provided Register to attend in person on October 6th, 4-6 PM in MSRBIII Room 1125.
