The leadership team of the Davison Council is the Executive Board, which consists of school-wide elected officials including the President, Chief of Staff, Treasurer, and Vice Presidents for Service, Student Activities, Social Affairs, and Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion. The Executive Board also includes a President from each of the four classes and representatives of the MSTP (Medical Scientist Training Program) and PCLT (Primary Care Leadership Track) programs.
The Davison Council is named in honor of Wilburt C. Davison, MD, the founding dean of Duke University School of Medicine, where he served in this capacity for the school’s first 30 years.
