The School of Medicine Office for Faculty is now accepting applications for the 2022 Duke Clinical Leadership Program (DCLP)

DCLP was founded by the Chancellor for Health Affairs in 2010 to help expand leadership capacity within Duke Health. The program consists of ten sessions over the course of six months. The program aims to develop participants’ leadership skills, expand their awareness of clinical strategy and operations, and gain institutional knowledge to help them succeed in clinical leadership roles. Participants will work on group projects addressing relevant issues within Duke Health.

The target audience is mid-career Duke faculty members with clinical responsibilities who have the support of their Department Chair, Division Chief, or equivalent leadership official. Applications from faculty throughout Duke Health entities are encouraged (School of Medicine, School of Nursing, DUHS, Duke Raleigh, Duke Regional, Duke Primary Care, etc.).

Applications are due November 12, 2021
