Details: Are you curious about restorative justice? Would you like to learn how organizational units across Duke are working to implement restorative practices for increased connection and embodiment of shared values? All are welcome to join us for this informative, participatory, and celebratory event! Seven faculty-staff teams from across the School of Medicine have been working to develop and implement restorative interventions within their units. Join us to learn about the pilot program and the possibilities for all individuals to engage with these transformational practices.
Who should attend: This session is open all faculty, staff, students, and trainees regardless of level of familiarity with restorative justice practices.
A light breakfast and optional networking lunch will be provided.
