On Monday, March 6, 2023 the ALICE and LEADER 2023 program cohorts got together for a session on Emotional Intelligence led by Hile Rutledge from OKA.
The groups learned about Emotional Intelligence (EI) which refers to a distinct combination of emotional and social skills and competencies that influence our overall capability to cope effectively with the demands and pressures of work and life. They will use this information to continue building leadership skills throughout the rest of their respective programs.
