Jacqueline S. Barnett, DHSc, MSHS, PA-C, was named division chief for the Division of PA Studies. She also won PAEA's 2021 Leadership Development Award.

Melinda Blazar, EdD, MHS, PA-C (’07), was named director of assessment.

Alicia R. Bolden, DMSc, MPH, PA-C, was named director of clinical education

Janelle Bludorn, MS, PA-C, joined the faculty in September 2021. She was named to the PAEA Future Educator Fellowship Steering Committee and appointed PA Liaison to the American College of Emergency Physicians Well-being Committee

Patricia Dieter, MPA, PA-C, was appointed by HHS Secretary Xavier Becerra to the National Advisory Council on Nurse Education and Practice (NACNEP), for a three-year term. Pat is the first PA appointed to NACNEP. She previously served on another HRSA advisory committee, the Advisory Committee on Training in Primary Care Medicine and Dentistry.

Rhiannon Giles, BA, was promoted to communications and recruitment program coordinator

Kate Holeman, BA, won PAEA's 2021 Administrative Support Staff Award

Nicholas Hudak, MSEd, MPA, PA-C, associate professor, was one of three AAPA/PAEA Research Fellows and also named assistant editor of the Journal of Physician Assistant Education.

Peggy Robinson, MS, MHS, PA-C, was promoted to professor on October 1, 2021. She completed her second 4-year term on the Board of Directors of NCCPA on December 31, 2021 where she served as the nominee of the Federation of State Medical Boards (FSMB).
