Hello everyone! My name is Ysaac and I'm a fourth-year medical student at Duke originally from northeastern Pennsylvania. I'm pursuing dermatology and am especially interested in health equity, immunodermatology, and improving access to dermatologic care.

At Duke, I've been involved in several organizations that reflect those interests, including the Dermatology Interest Group, Duke Med Pride, Black Men in White Coats, and Duke Mobile Med. I've also really enjoyed mentoring other medical students and staying involved in the Durham community through service and advocacy. Outside of medicine, I love spending time with friends, traveling, and finding a good coffee shop!
