Stephanie Brugge is a Quality Control Associate in the Office of Regulatory Affairs and Quality (ORAQ) within the Duke University School of Medicine. In this role, she is responsible for performing a variety of Quality Control duties to ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and for providing quality testing and environmental monitoring to support Duke’s Marcus Center for Cellular Cures GMP production of cellular products and therapeutics.
Stephanie received her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Colorado, Boulder. She brings over 20 years of experience in biomedical/pharmaceutical research and quality control from many well established GMP companies throughout the country. Stephanie is extremely passionate about quality and sometimes can get a little too focused on the finer details however she really enjoys understanding the bigger picture and how all of the pieces fit together scientifically. She is thrilled to join the team at the Duke School of Medicine with her dog Chiquita as her life partner and hopes to help make great discoveries - all the while meeting wonderful new people.
