Hi all! I am a current first year student here at Duke Medical School. I was born and raised in Massachusetts, attended college in upstate New York, and spent my gap year working as a Clinical Research Assistant at Mass General Brigham in Boston, so this is my first time living in the South. Though I am still learning to love to heat, I am very excited to experience new cultures and cuisines over the next couple of years. 

I love science, but I also have an interest in humanities and ethics (I was a literature minor in college!), so I am always down to learn and talk more about the interdisciplinary aspects of medicine. Outside of school, I spend my time cooking (I'm a vegetarian!), baking, going on walks, and reading. Happy to chat with anyone who has questions about Duke or anything else!
