Hi all! My name is Seth Kornbau, and I’m a fourth-year PCLT student. I grew up just outside of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and graduated from the University of Pittsburgh in 2022 with a B.S. in Economics and minors in chemistry and history. I took one gap year in Pittsburgh where I worked full-time as an MA in an outpatient pediatrics office at UPMC Children’s Hospital, volunteered as an ESL tutor, and learned lots of new crockpot recipes. I plan to apply for neurology residency this year. I’m particularly interested in health policy/advocacy and the intersection of medicine with the humanities. In my free time, I love playing the tenor saxophone with my amazing classmates, watching movies, and thrifting.
