Sam is a Quality Control Associate in the Office of Regulatory Affairs and Quality (ORAQ) within the Duke University School of Medicine. In this role, he is responsible for performing a variety of Quality Control duties to ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and for providing quality testing and environmental monitoring to support Duke’s Marcus Center Cures for Cellular Diseases GMP production facility. 

Sam received his Bachelor’s degrees in Biology and Environmental Sciences at University of North Carolina Wilmington. With over 6 years of Quality Control experience working in the Seqirus Immunology lab, he is committed to improving quality processes and ensuring pharmaceuticals are produced with patient safety in mind.
