Rasheedah F. Clay serves as an HR Departmental Manager within the SOM HR Service Center. Rasheedah has been with the HRSC since 2018 and is currently working on her HR Certification. Previously, she worked for Duke's Staff and Labor Relations team for 12 years, where she was trained in the Dispute and Mediation process along with obtaining an extensive knowledge of Duke’s policies and procedures.
