  • Reports to the Vice-Chancellor for Duke-NUS Affairs 
  • Manages all collaboration and liaison activities between Duke, Duke-NUS and SingHealth. 
  • Provides oversight for the Office of Duke-NUS Affairs staff and activities.
  • Coordinates all legal and regulatory matters.
  • Manages the collaborative research administrative functions. 
  • Coordinates appointments and other academic matters for Duke faculty with Duke-NUS appointments.
  • Provides management of executive meetings and reporting for the Vice Chancellor.

Prior to this position she served as Chief Administrator for 17 years in the Department of Psychiatry, Duke School of Medicine. In this position, she managed a research portfolio of $50 million annually. She has experience managing outpatient clinics in an academic setting. She developed a network of outpatient mental health clinics throughout rural North Carolina. She has experience managing in a for-profit service industry and in a community hospital setting. She is certified in Business Process Management and has previously conducted management training sessions for SingHealth Business Managers.
