Hello! My name is Nicole Miller and I am part of the PCLT class of 2027 cohort. I graduated from the University of Richmond in 2021 with a major in Biology and a minor in Leadership Studies. After that, I returned home to Philadelphia to work with the PolicyLab at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) where I assisted with efforts to integrate early literacy and relational health interventions into pediatric well-child visits. I am very interested in primary care pediatrics and am passionate about partnering with children, caregivers, clinicians, and their communities to comprehensibly support early childhood development and wellbeing. In addition to participation in the PCLT, I volunteer with Root Causes to distribute fresh produce to families attending well-child visits, serve as a student representative on the medical school’s Admissions Recruitment Committee, and audit a ballet class through Duke’s undergraduate Dance Program!
