Musa Subramaniam
Class of 2028 (he/him)
I am the proud son of South Indian immigrant parents, but I grew up in the American South and have called it home my entire life. Over the past few years, I have lived in several places across the United States and am now happy to be back in the South as I pursue my OT degree.
I have an academic background in the humanities, including a graduate degree in history. Before joining the Duke OTD program, I worked as a designated service provider and bring lifelong experience as both a paid and unpaid caregiver. I am excited to contribute my experiences at Duke and to learn from the thoughtful and knowledgeable individuals in the OTD program. In my free time, I enjoy reading, watching movies, wrestling with my dog, singing, and cooking.
