Molly Wilder serves as the Program Coordinator for the Duke School of Medicine's Primary Care Leadership Track (PCLT). In addition to her work with PCLT, she coordinates several components of the medical school curriculum, including Immersion (MS1), the Acute Care Curriculum (MS4), and Capstone (MS4).

Before joining Duke, Molly worked as an elementary school educator, where she developed a passion for teaching, mentorship, and student development. Inspired by her experiences as a patient, Molly developed a strong interest in healthcare and medicine, leading her to pursue coursework in anatomy and physiology, microbiology, and nurse aide training, ultimately earning her Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) credential. The combination of her interests in education and medicine ultimately led her to Duke.

At Duke, Molly helps coordinate a wide range of curricular experiences, events, and professional development opportunities, working closely with students, faculty, and staff to create meaningful learning experiences. She particularly enjoys supporting students throughout their medical school journey and is passionate about creating engaging educational experiences that foster their growth as future physicians.
