Hi y’all! I am in the Primary Care Leadership Track (PCLT) here at Duke Med. Growing up in Dhaka, Bangladesh and Cary, NC, I have witnessed health disparities on a global level, which has fostered my interest in medicine and public health. During my undergrad at UNC Chapel Hill, I majored in public health with a concentration in nutrition science and research. I also conducted global health research, assessing quality and patient satisfaction of antenatal care services in primary care facilities in Zambia. To further explore my interest in healthcare delivery in underserved communities, I served as an AmeriCorps Medserve Fellow during my two gap years. In my free time, I love exploring local coffee shops/ bakeries, spending time in nature, and watching cooking shows.

I am here to answer any questions you have –it can be about the application process, why Duke Med, or anything else. Feel free to reach out!
