I am from Ghana and grew up in Teaneck, New Jersey. I went to Northeastern University in Boston where I studied Health Sciences and Global Health. There, I did research on the healthcare system in Ghana, the improvement of healthcare for children in Ghana, virtual reality research to improve physical therapy methods for kids with cerebral palsy, research on the health disparities within the COVID pandemic emergence, and skin of color research.
