Hello! My name is Jamarc, and I'm currently a MS1 at Duke. I’m from Parsippany, New Jersey and graduated from Yale University in 2024 with a degree in the History of Science, Medicine, and Public Health. I’m particularly passionate about the intersection of the humanities and medicine. After graduating, I spent my gap year working as a clinical research coordinator in Duke's Anesthesiology Department. In college, I served as a campus tour guide and really enjoyed connecting with prospective students and families and helping them navigate the college admissions process. I hope to continue to do the same in medical school and would be more than happy to discuss the application process, the medical humanities, or anything else related to pre-med.
