Evan joined the Office of Duke-NUS Affairs in 2023. His responsibilities include booking travel to Singapore for Duke faculty and staff, administering the office's Travel and Collaborative Pilot Project grants, and working with Dr. Luke James to coordinate collaborative research between Duke and Duke-NUS/SingHealth.
Before joining Duke, he worked for the Krannert Center for the Performing Arts at the University of Illinois, most notably as a Hall Lead for the Ellnora Guitar Festival. He was also a tennis coach for more than a decade, coaching players of all ages and skill levels. Evan has a BA in Instrumental Performance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, as well as an MM from Western Michigan University.
