Hi everyone! My name is Eleanor Goes, and I'm currently an MS3 from Evanston, Illinois. I graduated from Northwestern University in 2022, where I majored in Biology and minored in Music. After college, I spent two years working as a Direct Support Professional, supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. At Duke, I'm involved in the First Gen/Low Income student group (FGLIMed), Musical Rounds (a student group where we play music for patients in the hospital), the Armstrong Scholars humanities program, and research in Plastic Surgery. Outside of school, I enjoy playing violin in the Durham Medical Orchestra, playing with my two guinea pigs, reading, and exploring Durham's amazing restaurants with friends.
