Hello, I'm Cesia Cotache Condor. I was born and raised in Peru, and moved to the USA to pursue my graduate studies. As a global health epidemiologist, my work lies in the intersection of childhood diseases of poverty, global metrics and health systems strengthening in low- and middle- income countries. Currently, as a Research Analyst and Program Coordinator at Duke University's Center for Global Surgery and Health Equity, I'm actively involved in research projects focused on pediatric surgery and oncology in Somaliland, Ghana, Burundi, Tanzania, and Peru. Outside of work, you can find me enjoying puzzles, exploring historical novels, and planning my next trip as a backpacker.
