Bianca is from Lexington, NC (home of the BBQ!). She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a minor in Women’s and Gender Studies. She chose Duke because of its strong values in diversity and inclusion, along with the “generalist” curriculum that prepares graduates to become great leaders and OTs in any setting. She was a first-generation college student and will be the first “Dr.” in her family. Bianca loves meeting new people and making new connections. Post-graduation, her goal is to practice in the NICU or maternal OT.
