Austin Rudisill is an Associate Director of Quality Assurance in the Office of Regulatory Affairs and Quality (ORAQ) within the Duke University School of Medicine. In this role, he oversees creation and maintenance of robust quality management programs for various facilities with multiple products and platforms in varying stages of GMP product development. This work includes collaboration with GMP facility leadership and staff to manage development, coordination, and implementation of complex projects, and also liaising between Duke facilities and external sponsors and regulatory agencies.
Mr. Rudisill received his undergraduate degree in biological sciences from North Carolina State University. He brings roughly 15 years of experience in varied areas of the biotechnology industry including quality assurance, manufacturing operations/support, and program management, 8 years of which were spent at Duke as part of the Marcus Center for Cellular Cures (MC3).
