I'm Adam, a third-year medical student at Duke (Class of 2028) interested in otolaryngology. I was born in California, then grew up in Qatar and Lebanon before landing at Duke, so home has always been a moving target for me. Between computational nasal airflow research and head and neck cancer work, I enjoy playing and watching sports. I've won intramural championships in volleyball, pickleball, and ultimate frisbee. I'm an active member of DAMMSA (Duke American Muslim Medical Student Association), where I've found a great community throughout med school, and I co-chair ENT FLXS, a symposium for underrepresented students interested in medicine.
