Mark did an amazing job helping to get our staff ready to work from home. He worked tirelessly for days until everyone had what they needed. He has continued to help with trouble shooting as people have adjusted to their work at home environments. Since webcams are hard to find, Mark found a creative work around to make sure our providers are set up for video Telehealth visits with patients. He has truly been a godsend during this time.
