Kathy has always been key to the enviable work culture in Neurosurgery --- making a very big deal of every success, milestone, and birthday; creating the "Summer of Gratitude Tour," and SO much more. During the pandemic, she has been a constant presence among the staff, despite our distance, checking in personally, connecting everyone with daily "ice breaker" quizzes just to keep us social, and doing whatever needs to be done to make sure we all have the tools and resources we need. She's is a fantastic leader!
