Holly has been a leader throughout the weeks of COVID-19. As soon as concerns began to arise about community spread, she initiated a plan for drive-through international normalized ratio (INR) checks. She offered to take on additional anticoagulation patients from the nursing staff as well, adding these patients to her drive-thru clinic. She has single handedly kept the anticoagulation clinic going in a way that is safest for patients and staff. She is a hero every day, but her cape is especially prominent right now.
