During the incredibly stressful time of COVID-19 and the need to quickly find a way to take extraordinary care of our patients and their families, Heather took on access in a whole new way - learning and teaching so many of our providers in an organized and quick fashion how to use televideo visits. A huge thank you, as we would really like to be there for our patients in the usual fashion, but also to help with some of the mental health issues we already see as a result of the pandemic.
