Craig Dearth and Mike Juday took the initiative to make sure all the AV communications in the DMP COVID-19 Command Center and surrounding Duke facilties were working. They assigned themselves to the unit before they were asked and worked with all involved to help make the communication between all of the Duke entities ran smoothly. Then they trained both hospital staff and fellow DHTS employees to understand the systems in case they could not be there. Their initiative in the face of this crisis should be recognized.
