ALICE is a year-long program for mid-career women faculty in the School of Medicine. Content focuses on personal leadership skills designed to help individuals gain greater self-awareness, management, and communication skills needed to deftly navigate leadership in academic medicine. Participants are competitively selected and must be nominated by their chair.
