About Dr. Maldonado Franzen Roberta Maldonado Franzen, Ph.D., SPHR, (she/her) has a proven track record leading meaningful and sustainable change in private and public sectors as a community engaged scholar. As the director of talent acquisition and recruitment, she leads the design, development, implementation and monitoring of recruitment and talent acquisition programs for Duke University.
