At the conclusion of this activity, learners should be able to: * Understand ICD-O coding (International Classification of Diseases for Oncology) * Know the recommended terminology for ovarian serous borderline tumors with micropapillary/cribriform pattern feedback * Know the new molecular classification of endometrioid endometrial carcinoma * Know the new classification of lower female genital tract (cervix, vagina, and vulva) precursor lesions, squamous cell carcinomas, and adenocarcinomas by HPV etiology (HPV-Associated and HPV-Independent) * Know about newly described mutations and their associations in gynecologic cancer: SWI/SNF complex mutations including various SMARC deficient tumors, high grade endometrial stromal sarcoma with BCOR genetic abnormalities , NTRK-rearranged spindle cell neoplasm, TFE3 translocation associated PEComa, and Fumarate hydratase-deficient leiomyoma associated with Hereditary leiomyomatosis and Renal cell carcinoma (HLRCC syndrome)
