Speaker:

Delin Sun, PhD
Dr. Delin Sun earned his PhD degree from The University of Science and Technology of China and pursued postdoctoral training at esteemed institutions including The University of Hong Kong and Duke University. Presently, he holds the position of Senior Research Scientist at the Duke-UNC Brain Imaging and Analysis Center. Dr. Sun's research primarily revolves around the application of neuroimaging techniques, network-graph analytics, and machine learning methodologies. His investigations focus on understanding the intricacies of brain alterations associated with various conditions, including Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), depression, childhood maltreatment, adolescent drinking, and moral injury. In addition to his research, Dr. Sun has made significant contributions to the field by developing cutting-edge neuroimaging analysis tools. These tools have been specifically crafted to facilitate meta- and mega-analyses in large neuroimaging datasets, thereby enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of research in this domain.
