The IDEALS Office Mentoring Up Workshop Series - Agency in the Graduate School Socialization Process

Join Joel Dalton and Rosie Jones from the Roy and Diana Vagelos Division of Biology and Biomedical Sciences at Washington University in St. Louis as they lead a session on agency in the graduate school socialization process. In this session, participants will be exposed to the process of socialization, determine intentional ways to claim your socialization process in graduate school and academia, identify important socialization pieces to meet your goals, and compare what you are able to contribute to community socialization and what you need from community socialization. This session is open to all trainees and will take an active-learning approach, so please be prepared to have video and audio capability in Zoom.
